In the perspective of strengthening our workforce, we are looking for a junior figure to join the Helpdesk team, with the aim of further improving the services offered to Key clients. In particular, the candidate will be responsible for: Monitoring and ensuring the correct operation of the digitalization module of the ELYX platform. Suggesting software and/or process improvements to maximize the efficiency of the energy invoice digitalization process.
