Junior Internal Helpdesk

Are you passionate about computer science and enjoy helping others solve technical problems? Then you could be the ideal candidate for the Junior Internal Helpdesk position at our company!

In the perspective of strengthening our workforce, we are looking for a junior figure to join the Helpdesk team, with the aim of further improving the services offered to Key clients. In particular, the candidate will be responsible for:

  • Monitoring and ensuring the correct operation of the digitalization module of the ELYX platform.
  • Suggesting software and/or process improvements to maximize the efficiency of the energy invoice digitalization process.
  • Providing feedback to the development team regarding the testing of new features implemented and not yet in production.


To apply, you must possess the following skills/abilities:

  • Diploma in computer science or similar.
  • Collaboration, proactivity, sense of responsibility, and the ability to work closely with the client are required.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and a willingness to work in teams and towards objectives.
  • Self-organization skills.
