In the perspective of strengthening our workforce, we are looking for a junior figure to join the Helpdesk team, with the aim of further improving the services offered to Key clients. In particular, the candidate will be responsible for:
- Monitoring and ensuring the correct operation of the digitalization module of the ELYX platform.
- Suggesting software and/or process improvements to maximize the efficiency of the energy invoice digitalization process.
- Providing feedback to the development team regarding the testing of new features implemented and not yet in production.

- Diploma in computer science or similar.
- Collaboration, proactivity, sense of responsibility, and the ability to work closely with the client are required.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a willingness to work in teams and towards objectives.
